"Our tutor, Annie, is very good. She has done a great job with our son. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 is that I had a rough start getting a tutor under the previous owner- it took 3 tries to get a tutor assigned & when I first met her she was very high pressure sales- I bought a $25 Tutor Doctor planner that's never been used & was a big waste of money. Hopefully the new owner will do better in managing the franchise. ”
