"Excellent quality of all tutors we have had (in the past and presently). Only thing that needs improvement is the way the billing takes place. One of our tutors said he could only charge 1h instead of 1.5h because we did not have enough funds. However, I had signed for three equal payments and there should have been no problem with this.
