"What I like most is the personalization this program embraces. My daughter's tutor from last year just emailed me asking if she could mail her stuff from a trip to Japan because she knows my daughter is into karate and has learned some Japanese terms. Our current tutor is very responsive and will email me separately if she's worried about something my daughter is not getting or if she seems to be struggling with emotional stuff; outside of tutoring. I feel like they have genuinely cared for my daughter's wellbeing and progression - that it's NOT JUST about 'tutoring' but getting to know her and being an extra adult to help guide her in life, beyond just helping her with homework. It's something that I appreciate greatly and is rare to find.”
