"Excellent customer service whereby all the essential elements are clarified at the initial meeting. The tutor Charlie was matched to Luke and this made the sessions go really well. Charlie was very friendly, prompt, very flexible on dates and times. He challenged Luke by looking at difficult areas however he asked Luke what specific areas he felt he needed to review. Charlie set homework each session so they had a starting point for the next session. The feedback emails were really informative and clear on what had been achieved at each session. ”
