"the fact that you seem to have a pool of excellent tutors. However, I feel that it is essential to try and maintain a consistency and avoid any changes of tutors for the child during the time when they are having tutoring. For example, Melissa had to have a change of tutor after a few weeks of starting and whilst Ruth proved to be a very capable and excellent tutor, the change of tutor had unsettled Melissa at first especially she also had a change of 4 class teachers in her school between October and February! I also feel that the fee for primary tutoring is too high in comparison with the A level tutoring. Ruth didn't have to do any preparation when teaching Melissa but Tony certainly did. Even when buying a block with many hours, the fee for primary tutoring remains too high.”
