"All of the tutors have been great. At times though my kids have found that it wasn't going well, or they weren't understanding the way something was being taught and in those instances we have made a change and it is usually always for the better. The beauty of that is that there is no firing etc - just email Tutor Doctor and you get someone else. I have sent emails to the few that have been cancelled by us and they are very understanding of the complexities of fitting tutor to student. All the tutors have been very pleasant and great to deal with. It is nice to have all the screening done for you.”
