"The service is good, as in communication via email, the business is built on the assets you have in tutors, which we were lucky enough to find after a bit of a bumpy start. I like the Tutor feedback reports, although they should be 2 way as in the student should have the ability to also input back to the tutor if needed. I would suggest that you place a courtesy call to your clients instead of email all the time, it is a much more personal and sometimes more enlightening way of gaining feedback.”
