"Originally I liked the onboarding process. Diane was very interested in my children and built rapport with them in that first session. She quickly found a suitable tutor for them which was great, but what impressed me the most, was the follow up. She continuously calls to ensure there is a good fit between my children and their tutor. Checks on their progress and is always there when you need her. Her attention to detail is fantastic. Needless to say, we've been with her for 9 years.”
