The consultant came to our home and met with us for an hour, no charge. He provided a thorough overview of the services available, pricing options, and asked for our schedule and tutor preferences. Notwithstanding a delay on our part in terms of deciding whether to go ahead, the consultant returned to our home within a day of our decision to sign the contract. Within a very short time (we had expected a week or possibly two) we were matched with an outstanding tutor.
