"To be honest- having the tutor work one on one with my child, and the fact that the tutor comes to my home are key selling points. My daughter has felt comfortable with her tutor- asking questions, getting things clarified and focusing on areas that she needs help on. I think in a group setting, even a small one, my child would sit back and not get the help she needs. We are a busy family- so group tutoring sessions at a distant location at times they didn't fit our family schedule were a key reason we chose Tutor Doctor. My daughter has been able to get extra help around tests and exams and has called tutor for help in units she needed more help on. She has also appreciated help with application of concepts and homework. The tutor is personable, encouraging, and knowledgeable.”
