They have worked hard to match my daughter with the right tutors, to make sure the situation works for her, and that I'm pleased with the results. My daughter has liked both of her tutors. If at any point I've been concerned, they have addressed the problem and attempted to correct it. The tutors themselves, have been helpful and courteous, also.
