"I liked the personal touch and the fact that you listened to what we needed regarding help. Both tutors you arranged were excellent and the results just what we needed. We did have a small glitch with the second potential tutor for A2 who turned out to not really want the work and messed us about a bit over times etc. However, you soon sorted all that out and our next choice of Maria was a great success. Will is very grateful as we got the grades he needed. I will keep you posted how his UCAS application went. He sat the Oxford English paper today but the odds are stacked against him so we will just have to wait and see. However, he couldn't have had the chance without the grades. So many thanks.”
