"I love that the tutor comes to our house, and teaches at a time suitable to our family. I know that my son is getting quality learning time while the tutor is here. The tutor adapts to his needs and personality, and brings some fun into learning a subject that he struggles with at school. With the individualized attention, he gets to progress at his own pace. I think he learns more in one hour with the tutor, than several hours in a classroom competing with many other students at all different levels and abilities. I appreciate the feedback after each session. Having a tutor come to our house, helps diffuse some of the homework struggles between parents and children. Tutor doctor is a great way to supplement a child's education, and help fills in some of the gaps in areas they may be struggling with at school. It sets an example to your child that you value their education, and want to help them succeed in learning. The business services and staff are efficent and professional.”

"We like the ability to have tutoring in the home. Our son goes out nearly every day for soccer practices, games and professional coaching. He really didn't want to go out for tutoring too. We like our tutor - she is very organized (has a lesson plan in mind each session), prompt (never late), and responsive to our requests (our son needs help with writing composition and that is what they focus upon). The billing all at once with the discount for purchasing many sessions at once was appealing to us. Denise also makes the sessions enjoyable for our 12 year old. We thought he might want to give up if it was too hard or too serious, but he has been very enthusiastic about seeing her. The only downside was that we preferred a Tuesday night and Denise has meetings at her other job on that day twice per month. We've opted for Wednesdays which is second best, but we'd rather stay with Denise than get the night we prefer. Not a bad trade off.”
