Look forward to reading the teacher's remarks about each class, twice a week, which I forward to her parents. Our student is improving in her English and speaking. It just takes time. The teacher assists our student with her homework and questions she does not understand. After a year of Tutor Dr. assistance, our student will be more proficient in all areas of her high school life. This will make her parents proud. Living away from China and studying in Canada is a life-changing time for any child. ”

"The learner to tutor match-up was spot on. Emma was very patient with my son and I never once heard her say - your answer is wrong. Rather, she probed to find out what method was used to get to the answer. Emma would then remind my son of the correct formula for that particular equation. I found that incredibly uplifting. Instead of my son's spirits dipping because he didn't get that part of the answer correct, I'd hear him exclaim "oh right!" and then as the lesson progressed he would correct himself. The confidence boost is half the battle won. I also want to thank Peter for really pulling out the stops for my very urgent intervention. I know we could've benefited from a longer period but I am deeply grateful that we managed to get a good few lessons in before the final exams.”
