"Despite having trouble on the website (which was probably my fault) when I called a member of staff was friendly and helpful, understood the needs of my child straight away and found a tutor promptly so we could get started, I was advised of a two week lead time to find someone however given my requirements and time schedule, everyone did their best to help and we actually started in just over a week. The tutor herself has done wonders for my sons confidence and he enjoys the sessions which is very important to me. Efficient friendly effect service.”
