"The fact that the tutor takes time to get to know the strengths and weaknesses of the child tutored and then tailors a beneficial program around that. The flexibility that the tutor brings along and the ability to stay calm and gentle but yet stern enough without becoming rough when teaching the prepared material to meet the set goals for the tutored child.
