"Visit to the home to meet the child and parent, careful matching of tutor to child according to availability and child's needs. Ability to find suitable tutor quickly. Reasonable fees. Would be useful to have smaller payments rather than such a large one off payment - it's a little off putting. Otherwise great service, have recommended to a few friends already.”
