"Mainly one to one with students is so vital. Looking at ur weekly report from the Tutors themselves - detailing information they cover with students , I personally am pleased. U are bridging that gap that the school miss ( more time one to one listening and more assessing the needs of student.) ur approach in conducting ur lessons is great because u first sit and understand what the student needs before actual lessons. That essential PRE - SIT with parents and their child/ children is very very important-overally get to the bottom of the NEED - great job Vivienne. Wishing u more success in helping pple.
